These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Promotional Jurisdiction
1.1 The Lay’s Fan of the Match promotion will be running across the UK, USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Turkey, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Spain, France, The Netherlands, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Japan, South Korea and Singapore.
1.2 Each country will have its own country specific terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read the terms relevant to your country of residence.
1.3 These terms only apply to entrants resident in Singapore.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To be part of this promotion (the “Promotion”) you must be a resident of the Singapore, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, have a valid passport and relevant visa/s if needed to travel to the FIFA World Cup 2026 being held in USA, Canada and Mexico in June – July 2026.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion are excluded from participating.
3. Promotional period
3.1 The prize draw will open at 00:01 on 24th April 2026 (“Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 on 5th June 2026 (“End Date”).
4. How to enter
4.1 To qualify, participants need to purchase minimum SGD12 worth of Lay’s/Doritos/Ruffles/Cheetos products in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) in selected participating retailers during the Promo Period.
To enter, scan the QR code found in store and WhatsApp to 9010 2322 in the following format “Lays <space> NAME <space> Receipt Number <space> email address” to stand a chance to win the prize. A confirmation message will be sent upon successful submission.
If a selected winner provides incomplete or invalid contact details, the organiser reserves the right to contact the reserve winners as replacement winners.
4.2 Participating retailers are FairPrice; Cold Storage; Giant; Sheng Siong; Mustafa, Meidi-Ya, Isetan; SPC; Cheers; Caltex; 7-Eleven; Shell; Prime; Haomart; Redmart; Shopee; Pandamart; One Supermarket; Nice Minimart; Cheng Hua s’mart; San Chung; Da you department; Toh Eng Lee; Assert; Zone; Heng Eng Paper Pte Ltd; Chop Seng Heng; Mega Store and Kim Eng.
4.3 Internet access, a unique valid email address, and other expenses in relation to the participation shall be borne by the participant at own expense.
4.4 Participating Products are as follows:
4.5 All entrants selected from the country specific draws will need to:
4.5.1 Provide valid proof of purchase of a promotional product; and
4.5.2 Pass the compliance process involving a Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) check and a social media background check before they can be confirmed as a Fan Of The Match winner.

5. Prizes
5.1 For each Regular Fan Of The Match winner the prize will consist of:
5.1.1 2 tickets for the winner and a guest to a match. The specific match will be selected by the Promoter subject to ticket availability and will be based on the winner’s country of residence and selected country of support. However the promoter cannot guarantee that the tickets will be to a match of the winner’s selected country of support. Any resale, transfer of Ticket(s), offer or advertisement of Ticket(s) for resale or transfer, whether for free or for consideration, is strictly prohibited. This prohibition extends to providing access to the mobile (or other) device upon which a Ticket is held/displayed.
Winners and their guest (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026TM. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets.
5.1.2 2 round-trip flight tickets to Seattle;
5.1.3 Stadium big screen appearance (maximum 15 seconds) during half time;
5.1.4 Pitch side access at the end of the match;
5.1.5 The winner will be presented with a Brand Fan Of The Match trophy, as well as a Brand product/prop;
5.1.6 2-nights in 3 star hotel in a double/twin room with food and drink gift card of $75 per person, per day (Total $300);
5.1.7 Rideshare credit to the value of $200 per person, per day (Total $400) to cover travel to the match
5.2 There is no cash alternative or prize substitutions
6. Winner selection
6.1. There are 2 stages to the winner selections.
6.1.1 Stage One: A draw from all entries. Those entrants who are selected will be contacted via email/call or sms by the Promoter to confirm their interest and availability.
6.1.2 Those selected will have 5 days to respond to the notification to confirm their interest and provide proof of purchase of a promotional product. If they fail to respond within this timeframe, or fail to provide valid proof of purchase, they will be disqualified and an alternative entrant picked. The alternative entrant selected will be contacted as per 6.1.1 above but may have a shorter period to respond.
6.1.3 For those who respond within the timeframe and provide valid proof of purchase, their entry information will be verified and social media account information will be requested for compliance checking. See 6.1.4 below.
6.1.4 Stage Two: Those selected in the country specific draw will need to pass a compliance process which will involve a Disclosure and Barring Service check and a social background check involving a deep dive into their social media activity. This will involve a manual check looking at recent posts, a search for related news stories, a check on brand mentions in online activity and checks for inappropriate language use.
6.1.5 Those selected will be advised of the outcome of the compliance check. If they pass they will be confirmed as a Fan Of The Match and the specific match will be confirmed prior to the winner’s acceptance. In accepting the role of a Fan of the Match, the winner agrees they will attend the agreed match and will take part in the half time activity and post match trophy presentation. Winners also agree that clothing worn to the match will be non-branded, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility should the winner be asked to remove branded items before appearing in any official Promoter communications.
6.1.6 If a selected entrant fails the compliance check, an alternative entrant will be selected and will be subject to a compliance check as per 7.1.5 above.
6.2 The Promoter has no responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take their prize for whatever reason.
7. Liability & Responsibility
7.1 In the event that the Promo is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organizer which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promo, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promo or invalidate any affected entries.
7.2 No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Organizer does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Promo web entry page.
7.3 Organizer together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promo or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7.4 An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promo via their unique email address. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promo in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promo, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be withdrawn.
7.5 The Organizer will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.
7.6 The Organizer may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any participant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if a Prize has been awarded.
7.8 Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promo will be used solely by the Organizer (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promo; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Organizer’s promotions, products or services. The Organizer (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promo unless you have provided your express consent. 7.9 If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
7.10 By entering this Promo, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
7.11 By entering the Promo, each participant agrees:
7.11.1 to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by all applicable laws and by the decisions of Organizer which shall be binding and final;
7.11.2 to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Terms & Conditions
7.11.3 to waive all his or her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Promo; and
7.11.4 That all personal details submitted by each user must be accurate, complete and are subject to provision of proof upon request of the Organizer. Any inaccurate or incomplete information found in a submission will result in disqualification of the user
7.11.5 That the Organizer has the sole discretion to disqualify any photograph or screenshot which may be obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, threatening, harassing, libelous, deceptive, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive or inappropriate in any manner whatsoever
7.11.6 That the Organizer reserve the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Promo and/or the Prize for the Promo and/or the duration/timing of the Promo, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason
7.11.7 To grant the Organizer irrevocable consent in perpetuity to the use his/her and/or peosos involved’ s name, photographs, video submitted and/or taken during the Prize distribution in connection with the Promo, in any and all applications including but not limited to advertising, commercials, promotion, stories, text, articles and commercial exploitation, in any and all media forms, including but not limited to radio, broadcast and television, newspapers and magazines at any time without the Participants’ further knowledge or consent
7.11.8 Organizer shall not be responsible for any complaints regarding the quality of the prize. The manufacturer shall continue to be liable for the prizes, wherever applicable.
7.11.9 To forever and irrevocably agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with:
7.11.9.1 the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights;
7.11.9.2 typographical or printing errors in these Official Rules or any Promo materials;
7.11.9.3 acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, nonuse, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or wilful misconduct in connection with the use of a Prize (or any component thereof);
7.11.9.4 any change in the prizing (or any components thereof) due to unavailability or due to reasons beyond the Released Parties control, including but not limited to by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi- governmental entity (whether or not such action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labour dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labour or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot or any other cause beyond any of the Released Parties’ control, or as otherwise permitted in these Terms & Conditions Rules;
7.11.9.5 any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation or modification of the Promo;
7.11.9.6 human error;
7.11.9.7 incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of any entry (including, without limitation, the registration information or any parts thereof);
7.11.9.8 any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Page or any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, mobile device, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider, or mail service utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an Participant;
7.11.9.9 interruption or inability to access the Promo, the Page or any other Promo-related websites or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems;
7.11.9.10 any damage to participant’s (or any third person’s) equipment used to access the Promo and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promo;
7.11.9.11 any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions;
7.11.9.12 any late, lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable or damaged entries;
7.11.9.13 any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties;
7.11.9.14 lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof);
7.11.9.15 the negligence or wilful misconduct by Participant; and/or
7.11.9.16 violation on any rule, regulation, law regarding Covid-19 prevention and safety.
7.12 Warranty: Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Promo, including the Page and a Promo Prize and/or all Prize component(s), are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose or non-infringement.
7.13 DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, participants agree that: a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promo or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promo, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and c) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Participants agree that the statute of limitations for asserting any claims shall be a period of one (1) year from the time the cause of action accrued, or the cause of action shall be forever barred.
7.14 PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an participant’s participation in the Promo will be collected by the Organizer or its designee and used by Organizer’s, its affiliates, designees, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfilment of Promo as described in these Terms & Conditions and in accordance with the Privacy Policy as stated at https://www.fritolay-sgcampaigns.com/
7.15 WINNER WAIVER OF CLAIMS: By accepting a Promo Prize, a winner agrees to voluntarily waive, release and relinquish any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, remedies, demands, debts, obligations, causes of action and/or claims for relief (collectively “Claims”) that a winner may have against the Released Parties and agrees to discharge, to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all Claims arising out of or relating to the Promo and/or a Promo Prize, including but not limited to Claims for bodily injury, personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or death and/or dismemberment (collectively “Damages”) occurring to a winner or others. In addition, by accepting a Prize, a winner agrees to be responsible to research the details about a Prize including any inherent dangers associated with a Prize and as a result agrees to accept personal responsibility for any such dangers and any resulting Damages.
